Learn about your own spirituality and social connections. What is really important and interesting for you personally? What you enjoy?
Develop a plan for the activities for pleasure and personal development in any area that you are happy with. Try cooking, painting, or studying something new. Reflect on your feelings. What about your environment you live in? Do you love to come home after work? Is it a good place to live? Think what you can do to make your place emotionally attractive and warm. Add your favourite colours through simple things, such as plants, paintings, posters, or even bright cushions that you will enjoy seeing in your living areas.
Focus on positive emotions. See the beauty around and be thankful! Learn to find a joy in everyday routine and common things. Practice mindfulness.
