Kalandra, the structure of the future

Kalandra is a relatively new organisation focussed on providing qualifications and training in health care and in particular to the aged care related sector. This development occurred in response to needs identified in the care of our older people and due to market request, both in New Zealand and internationally. However, as often happens, the vision widened and we expanded the qualification and training arm called Kalandra Education Group ( the registered Private Training Organisation) to provide a branch to assist our graduates can obtain income. Thus, Kalandra Health Services has been created, which will essentially act as a Bureau hiring and contracting out our graduates. Our students and graduates will need access to excellent products, such as oils specifically to aid in the care of the person with stroke and this concept developed into Kalandra Products. Finally we have  Kalandra Education Services, the organisation that is sharing our qualifications and training off-shore. I say finally, but nothing is ever final with Kalandra – Kalandra Limited being the parent company, supporting all of these fledgling initiatives. Kalandra has great vision, passion and energy and now we need great partners to help this happen.
